Cancellation Policy:-

1. Cancellation by the Customer
Request for Cancellation: Customers may request to cancel their prepaid calling card within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the card has not been used. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at contact@reliablecalling.com or 732-400-2679.

Unused Cards: If the calling card is unused, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any applicable processing fees.

Partially Used Cards: Cancellation of partially used cards is not allowed. Once a card has been used, even partially, it is considered consumed, and refunds are not available.

2. Cancellation by the Company
Right to Cancel: ReliableCalling Inc reserves the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activities, or pricing errors. In such cases, we will notify the customer and provide a full refund.

Service Disruption: If there is a disruption in service that is beyond our control, we will work to resolve the issue promptly. In the event of prolonged service outages, customers may contact support to discuss possible remedies.
