This End User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between RELIABLECALLING ("Company") and you, the end user ("User"), governing the use of the calling card services provided by the Company. By purchasing, activating, or using the calling card services, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Services Provided
The Company provides calling card services to enable Users to make domestic and international telephone calls at specified rates. These services are offered subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the Company’s calling card services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the calling card.
User Responsibilities
The User agrees to:
- Use the calling card services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide accurate information when purchasing or registering for the services.
- Maintain the confidentiality of the calling card PIN and any related account credentials.
Charges and Payments
- Rates and Fees: Calling rates, connection fees, and any applicable surcharges will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Usage Deduction: Minutes will be deducted from the calling card balance in accordance with the rates applicable at the time of use.
- No Refunds: Unless otherwise required by law, all sales are final, and the Company does not issue refunds for unused balances.
Limitations of Service
- Availability: Service availability may vary depending on network conditions, government regulations, or other factors.
- No Warranty: The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Emergencies: Calling card services are not a replacement for traditional phone services and may not support emergency calls (e.g., 911).
Prohibited Activities
The User agrees not to:
- Use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Resell or transfer the calling card without prior authorization from the Company.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Company’s network or services.
Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend service at its sole discretion if the User violates this Agreement or engages in prohibited activities.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the calling card services.
Privacy Policy
The Company collects, uses, and protects User data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Privacy Policy
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Modifications
